Led multidisciplinary design, development, and writing teams across marketing and ecommerce to elevate digital experiences, scale operations, and champion accessibility. Oversaw large-scale creative output while driving innovation, talent development, and process transformation.

Email Marketing (Jan 2018 – Jun 2020)

  • Led a 25+ person team of designers, developers, and writers to deliver 4,000+ marketing emails annually across all DSG brands.

  • Introduced Agile methodologies and new workflows, increasing production capacity by 25% YOY.

  • Led and championed the development of an industry-leading email codebase, achieving WCAG 2.0 AA compliance.

  • Created and led the department’s innovation initiative to optimize structure, collaboration, and efficiency.

  • Directed UI design for DSG ecommerce platforms, partnering cross-functionally to deliver seamless digital shopping experiences.
